We work with our US and international partners to get phenomenal rates on hotels, cars, flights and vacation packages.

In fact, within 24 hours of booking, if you find a lower rate for an identical booking, we’ll pay you the difference.

Things to know:

  • The Low Price Guarantee applies to FriendzTravel Hotels, Hot Rate® Hotels, Hot Rate® Cars, Cars, Flights and Vacations booked on FriendzTravel.com. It does not apply to activities or other services.
  • The lower rate you find must be available. Some sites display rates that are not actually available when you try to book.
  • The lower rate must be available to the general public. Rates that are only available to the members of certain groups (such as AARP, AAA, group rates, corporate rates, and convention rates) are not eligible for the Guarantee.
  • The lower rate you find must be in the same currency as your original reservation. We will not convert rates.
  • Unless otherwise noted, all Low Price Guarantee refunds are made in the currency in which the bookings were made.
  • For vacation packages, (i.e. Flight + Hotel, Flight + Hotel + Car, Flight + Car, or Hotel + Car booked together as a package on the same itinerary) each part of the package you booked on FriendzTravel.com must match each part of the package found at the lower rate. The Low Price Guarantee pertains to the cost of the package, plus all taxes and fees.

HOT RATE® HOTEL AND CAR BOOKINGS:

Submit a claim by calling FriendzTravel (+44 203 002 0123) and speaking with a Customer Care representative.

Published Rate Hotel, Flight, Vacation Package bookings:

STEP 1:

Book your Flight, Vacation or Published Rate hotel on FriendzTravel.

STEP 2:

See if you qualify:

  • Did you book within 24 hours?
  • Are travel dates the same?
  • Is the site where you found the lower price in English?
  • Is the lower price in U.S. dollars? Is the hotel, room type and rate plan and cancellation policy the same?
  • Does the airline, cabin class, booking code and cancellation policy match?
  • Does each part of your package match?

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The FriendzTravel Low Price Guarantee applies to retail, Hot Rate hotel, car, flight, and vacation packages on FriendzTravel.com. It does not apply to activities or other services. For hotel and car bookings, we will pay you the difference if you find a lower rate on an identical booking from another source within 24 hours of your FriendzTravel booking. For FriendzTravel Hot Rate hotel and car bookings, the refund will be equal to the difference between your FriendzTravel rate and the lower rate for the total days of your booking. For published hotel and car bookings, the refund will also be equal to the difference between your FriendzTravel rate and the lower rate for the total days of your booking. FriendzTravel will verify that the FriendzTravel reservation in question has been completed without cancellation or refund for the date of the claimed booking. In the event FriendzTravel is not able to obtain from the travel supplier a breakdown of the rate, you may need to fax a copy of your bill to FriendzTravel. Additionally, this Low Price Guarantee only pertains to hotel and car. For flight bookings, we will pay you the difference if you find a lower total booking price on an identical booking from another source within 24 hours of your FriendzTravel booking. The refund for flight bookings will be equal to the difference between your FriendzTravel total booking price, including associated taxes and fees, and the lower total booking price. For vacation packages, (i.e., Flight + Hotel, Flight + Hotel + Car, Flight + Car, or Hotel + Car booked together as a package on the same itinerary) each part of the package you booked on FriendzTravel.com must match each part of the package booked at the lower rate. The refund will be equal to the difference between your FriendzTravel total booking price, including associated taxes and fees, and the lower total booking price. Rates found on FriendzTravel.com are not eligible. Rates must be available to the general public.

To submit a Low Price Guarantee refund request for hotel, car and flight bookings, go to the "My Trips" section within 24 hours of your FriendzTravel booking. After you’ve signed in to your account, find the booking for which you want to submit a request. Click that booking, then click on the "Request refund" button under "Low Price Guarantee" and follow the instructions. You may also submit a claim by calling FriendzTravel (+44 203 002 0123) and speaking with a Customer Care representative. Note: for vacation package bookings you must call FriendzTravel (+44 203 002 0123) and speak with a Customer Care representative to submit a refund request.

After you submit your request, you will know the outcome within 5-7 business days. If FriendzTravel can confirm the availability of the lower rate, your request will be approved, and FriendzTravel will issue you a refund in an amount equal to the difference between your booking’s FriendzTravel rate and the other lower rate, per the guidelines of each specific product. If FriendzTravel cannot validate the lower rate, your request will be denied. If a refund is issued, your original reservation will not be cancelled. If FriendzTravel has a credit card on file for you and has issued charges against it, all refunds will be made within 10 business days after FriendzTravel confirms the availability of the lower rate. A credit will be issued to the card used for the FriendzTravel booking, and those credits will be issued in the currency in which the original booking was made. For transactions where FriendzTravel did not charge your credit card (for example, standard/retail car rental reservation service), expect either a refund on your card or a refund check to be issued within 14 days of FriendzTravel receiving the validated proof of eligible, completed FriendzTravel reservations. You may be required to provide additional information in order to be eligible to receive a check, such as mailing address. All refund checks will be made in U.S. Dollars. For all bookings except for vacation packages, you may choose to receive FriendzTravel HotDollars in lieu of a refund, but must do so by calling FriendzTravel (+44 203 002 0123) and meeting the Low Price Guarantee qualification criteria.

In order to verify the other rate’s availability, FriendzTravel may request additional information from you including, without limitation, the URL address reflecting the lower price or the name of the travel representative that quoted the lower rate, and/or your address or contact information in order to confirm the availability of a refund.

The Low Price Guarantee applies only to non-qualified rates available to the general public for identical bookings. The Low Price Guarantee does not apply to membership, loyalty or points programs, corporate rates or special discounted rates including AAA, AARP, employee, military, government or convention rates. The Low Price Guarantee also does not apply to rates made available on FriendzTravel after your booking. Employees (including their families and persons residing in the same household) of FriendzTravel hotel partners are not eligible. Previously cancelled or refunded bookings/itineraries are also not eligible.

FriendzTravel reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions applicable to the Low Price Guarantee on a prospective basis at any time and without notice.

FriendzTravel shall make the final determination regarding your refund eligibility and the availability of a lower rate.

Only one submission per itinerary will be accepted.

FriendzTravel shall not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Low Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by FriendzTravel or any vendor or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to the Low Price Guarantee.

In the event of any dispute regarding the Low Price Guarantee, the decisions of FriendzTravel shall be final and binding on all parties.
